SMS terms
The internal SMS program is in preparation. Tests begin only after carrier registration, sending setup, and participant enrollment are complete.
Program and eligibility
LUXHDart LLC provides photo wall installation services and related messaging communications, including demonstration testing for authorized participants using company-controlled handsets. Messages may include practice scheduling, service or account notifications, project updates, and two-way test conversations. No real service is booked through an internal demo test. Commercial marketing messages are not sent.
Consent
Enrollment requires affirmative written consent to the disclosure on the internal testing page or website inquiry. We record consent before allowing a handset to receive messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your project and test activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to stop program texts at any time. A confirmation message may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact our support team by phone at (810) 320-2687, or by email at brett.arnold@live.com or hdartguy@gmail.com. Rejoining requires renewed eligibility and consent review; an inquiry by itself does not restart messages.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on mobile networks and device availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not intended for emergencies or time-critical communication.
Privacy and contact
Read our Privacy Policy for information about consent records, message data, and mobile information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
